Everything you need to know about how we deliver your keys and process payments.
Shipping Information (Digital Delivery)
At PrepaidXchange, all our products are digital Steam keys. This means there’s no physical shipping involved!
- Instant Delivery: Once your payment is successfully processed, your Steam key(s) will be delivered to you instantly.
- Email Confirmation: You will receive an email containing your purchased Steam key(s) at the email address you provided during checkout. Please ensure your email address is correct.
- No Shipping Fees: Since all products are digital, there are absolutely no shipping fees.
If you do not receive your key(s) within a few minutes of a successful transaction, please check your spam/junk folder. If it’s still not there, contact our support team with your order details.
Payment Information
We specialize in making it easy for you to use prepaid gift cards. We accept the following payment methods:
- Prepaid Gift Cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express (Amex) non-reloadable, unregistered gift cards (new or partially used).
- Major Credit/Debit Cards: Standard Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit and debit cards.
We do not accept reloadable cards such as Serve, Bluebird, GreenDot, MyVanilla, and NetSpend.
Transaction Limits
- The maximum total transaction amount per person per day is $500.
- The highest denomination of a single gift card accepted is $250.
Verification Process
Pictures of the card and purchase receipt are generally not required. However, we reserve the right to request them if there is reasonable suspicion that the gift card is stolen or not in your possession.
If you cannot provide the requested verification, the order will be canceled. An order is considered complete only after the gift card balance has been verified and redeemed.
Reseller Policy
Resellers are not permitted. Transactions are conducted only with the original purchasers of the gift cards.
Customer Responsibility
By placing an order you confirm that:
- You are the legitimate owner of the gift card.
- The gift card is in your possession.
- You agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Fraud Prevention and Compliance
Any attempts of fraud, engagement in unauthorized transactions, or violation of these terms will result in:
- Immediate order cancellation.
- Denial of future service access.
Payment Issues: If you encounter any issues during payment (e.g., card declined), please ensure your card details are entered correctly, the card has sufficient funds, and it is activated for online purchases. For prepaid cards, ensure they are registered if required by the card issuer. If problems persist, please contact your card issuer or our support team for assistance.
