Refund Policy
Our policy regarding refunds for digital Steam keys.
At PrepaidXchange, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the nature of digital products, our refund policy has specific conditions.
General Policy
Once a transaction is initiated and approved, it cannot be canceled.

Digital product keys (such as Steam keys) are considered “used” once they have been delivered to you via email or displayed on our platform. Generally, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital product keys that have been successfully delivered and are functional.
When Refunds May Be Considered
We may consider a refund or replacement under the following circumstances:
- Non-Functional Key: If the Steam key you purchased is proven to be non-functional or already redeemed *prior* to your attempt to activate it. You must contact us within 48 hours of purchase with proof (e.g., screenshots from Steam support showing the key is invalid or was redeemed before your purchase date).
- Incorrect Product Delivered: If you received a key for a different game than what you ordered. You must contact us within 48 hours of purchase.
- Duplicate Purchase: In rare cases of a clear duplicate charge for the same item due to a system error.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria above, please contact our customer support team at support@prepaidxchange.com with the following information:
- Your order number.
- The email address used for the purchase.
- The name of the game(s) in question.
- A detailed explanation of the issue.
- Any relevant proof (e.g., screenshots, error messages from Steam).
Our support team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally NOT be provided in the following situations:
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You purchased the wrong game by mistake (please double-check your cart before checkout).
- Your computer does not meet the minimum system requirements for the game.
- You did not like the game.
- The key has been successfully redeemed on a Steam account.
- Bans or restrictions on your Steam account that prevent you from using the key.
- Issues related to regional restrictions if clearly stated on the product page before purchase.
